Eng. Mohamed Abdel Fadil is a pioneer in introducing grains and oilseeds trading to the Egyptian market and the founder of Venus International Group, with the first company established in 1992. With over 30 years of experience in both local and international commodity markets, he has led the group since its inception and continues to shape its strategic direction. He currently serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of Venus Group and the Managing Director of CAFI Commodity and Freight Integrators, where he oversees the company’s expansion and operational growth across regional and global markets. In 2020, Eng. Mohamed ran in the Egyptian Congress elections and was elected as a Senator, proudly representing his hometown of Beni Suef since then. The Venus Group, under his leadership, encompasses several companies, including Venus for Export & Import, Venus International Free Zone for Grains Trading & Marine Services, Trans Globe Logistics, and TMC. He previously served as Chairman of the Kazakh-Egyptian Businessmen Council and is an active board member of several leading organizations, including the General Division of Importers within the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce, the Russian-Egyptian Businessmen Council, the Egypt International Economic Forum, the Egyptian Junior Businessmen Association, the Russian Grain Union, and the Egyptian-French Businessmen Committee. Eng. Mohamed holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Cairo University (1987) and a Diploma in Project Management (1989).
