Aly El-Rafei

Born in 1996, Aly El-Rafei represents the third generation of the family business, with a clear vision of leading it into the future. He earned a Business Administration degree from the American University in Dubai in 2018 and is currently pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Strategic Human Resource Management & Leadership from the same institution. Aly is a GAFTA-certified trader and a Certified International Trade Finance Specialist accredited by the London Institute of Banking & Finance. His expertise is further strengthened by specialized training, including Sales Cycle (Quota International), Technical Analysis (STA London), Logistics, Transportation & Distribution (AmCham Egypt), and the Export Incubator Program (Egyptian Exporters Association). With a strong foundation in trading, Aly previously served as the Business Development Manager of the group, where he drove growth initiatives, explored new markets, fostered strategic partnerships, and developed business strategies to enhance operational efficiency. His leadership during this period played a key role in advancing the company’s long-term vision and expanding its global presence. In addition to his role within the group, Aly now serves as the Deputy Director and Commercial Head of CAFI Commodity and Freight Integrators in Dubai. In this capacity, he acts as the Deputy Director of the company while leading its overall commercial strategy, overseeing trading operations, strengthening regional and international partnerships, and driving sustainable growth. His expanded leadership role further underscores his commitment to regional expansion and reinforces his strategic insight across the commodity and logistics sectors.
